Sharing Devices

Using the Aura application, users can share access and control to specific devices with their household member. Please note, the household member should have a registered user account for the product.

Follow the steps given below to share a device using the Aura app:

1. From the Device List, tap the device you want to share, and then tap SHARE DEVICE.

2. On the Share screen, enter the required information (User Email, Role Name, Tag), select the access capabilities (read/write), select Start Date and Expiry Date for sharing, and then tap Create Share.

Upon successful sharing of the device, Success message is displayed. Also, you and the member to whom you granted the device access will be notified through an email.
